All plans come with Dedicated Servers or Cloud Instances – they do not carry any limits on how many devices you can connect with.
Each plan comes with a dedicated server. A dedicated server is useful if your team members need to have a fixed IP address that only they can access. Dedicated servers can also be used for allowing access (whitelisting) to your remote resources and even setting up a site-to-site connection.
If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so within 30 days following your purchase of our services. We do not grant refunds for recurring subscription payments if you cancel the services after the renewal unless applicable law provides otherwise
Yes, custom DNS can indeed be set up on your PremierVPN dedicated server. We can also set up ad-blocking and malware filtering. Simply contact our support desk to set this up.
It will take a maximum of 12 hours, normally much faster – it depends on the time of the day the request is recieved.
We can provide WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec and OpenConnect. We can setup many different types of stealth protocols on request.
We will provide configurations for the official open-source apps for each protocol on both desktop and mobile devices – our own apps are still under heavy development.
There are no restrictions on our dedicated server setup. If your main goal is fast speeds, then dedicated is the way to go.
We certainly do, depending on your needs we are able to offer great discounts on the network and servers we provide.
There are 1000s of reasons why a VPN might disconnect; it can be challenging to pinpoint the exact cause, but if you are one of the rare cases that do, then please make sure to enable “On-Demand” if using our macOS desktop client on iOS and Android it’s called “Autoconnect”. This will, in most cases, resolve such problems. Please contact our support if you continue to have issues.
