PremierVPN X for Windows — Setup Guide

PremierVPN X is our dedicated VLESS + REALITY app for Windows. It provides the fastest and most censorship-resistant VPN connection available.

Requirements

• Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
• An active PremierVPN subscription

Step 1 — Download

1. Log in to the PremierVPN portal
2. Go to Downloads
3. Download PremierVPN X for Windows

Step 2 — Install

1. Run the downloaded installer
2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway (the app is safe — SmartScreen warns about new software)
3. Follow the installer prompts
4. Launch PremierVPN X from your desktop or Start menu

Step 3 — Sign in

1. Enter your portal email address and password (the same credentials you use to log in at portal.premiervpn.net)
2. Tap Sign In
3. The app will load your server list automatically

Step 4 — Connect

1. Select a server from the list (choose the closest location for best speed)
2. Tap Connect
3. The shield icon will turn green when connected

Which server should I choose?

• Iran users: Use standard servers (no label). Avoid China-marked or CDN servers.
• China users: Use servers marked (China).
• Everyone else: Choose the closest server to your location for best speed.

Troubleshooting

• "Connection failed": Try a different server. If all fail, check your internet connection without the VPN first.
• Slow speeds: Try a server closer to your location. CDN servers are slower — use standard servers when possible.
• App won't open: Make sure you are running Windows 10 or later. Try running the app as Administrator.
