Important: VPN Credentials Required
The Fire TV app uses your VPN credentials — not your portal login. Your VPN username and password were sent in your activation email and can also be found on your portal dashboard under "VPN Credentials".
These are different from the email and password you use to log into portal.premiervpn.net.
Download the App
There are two ways to install PremierVPN on your Fire TV:
Option A: Amazon Appstore
Visit the Amazon Appstore link below. Click "Get Now" if logged in, or "Deliver" if not. Choose your Fire TV device. Then refresh the App Library on your device.
Amazon AppstoreOption B: Downloader App
Open the Downloader app on your Fire TV and enter the code:
This downloads and installs PremierVPN directly to your device.
Sign In
Open the app and tap Connect to bring up the login prompt. Sign in using your VPN credentials.
Use your VPN credentials, not your portal login
Your VPN username (typically your email address) and VPN password were sent in your activation email. You can also find them on your portal dashboard under "VPN Credentials" — click "Show" to reveal the password.
Select a Server
Choose a server location from the list. For the best streaming performance, select a server closest to your physical location.
Connect
Tap Connect to secure your connection. The app uses state-of-the-art encryption to protect all your streaming and browsing activity.
Tip: Verify your connection by visiting an IP check website in the Fire TV browser. Your IP address should show the VPN server location, not your real location.

Troubleshooting
If you installed via the Amazon website, refresh the App Library on your Fire TV device. Alternatively, use the Downloader app method with code 381583 to install directly.
