Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

This agreement is between PremierVPN ("we", "us", "our") and you ("you", "subscriber", "user") for the provision of our services: PremierVPN (VPN), PrMail (private email), and Encrypted Vault (zero-knowledge file storage), collectively "Services".

By subscribing to or using any of our Services, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Term and Billing

Your subscription commences upon receipt of payment and continues for the billing period selected (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may subscribe to VPN, PrMail, and Encrypted Vault independently or in combination. Each service has its own subscription and billing cycle.

3. VPN Service

Service speed may vary depending on location, network conditions, server load, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific upload or download speeds.

Your VPN service is not limited by data transfer. IP addresses assigned during VPN sessions are shared and may change at any time. We do not log your VPN activity — see our No-Log Policy for details.

Your subscription entitles you to use the VPN on a per-user basis. Account sharing is not permitted. You may configure the service on as many of your own devices as your plan allows.

4. PrMail (Private Email)

PrMail provides private email addresses at the @prmail.uk domain. By using PrMail, you agree to the following:

• You will not use PrMail to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), malware, phishing, or illegal content.
• You will not exceed the daily sending limits defined by your plan.
• Email aliases are subject to your plan's alias limits and may be revoked if used for abusive purposes.
• Self-destructing messages are provided as a privacy feature. We do not guarantee delivery of notification emails to recipients.
• Disposable reply addresses expire after the configured period. We are not responsible for missed communications after expiry.

PrMail includes privacy features such as tracking pixel stripping, link defanging, and send-time randomisation. These features operate on a best-effort basis and may not catch every tracker or shortened URL.

PrMail Pro is included at no extra cost with Premium and Business VPN plans. Standalone PrMail subscriptions are billed separately.

5. Encrypted Vault

Encrypted Vault provides zero-knowledge encrypted file storage. By using the Vault, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for remembering your vault passphrase and maintaining backups of critical files outside the Vault if needed.
• Storage quotas, maximum file sizes, and share link limits are determined by your subscription plan.
• Files with a configured expiry date are permanently deleted when that date passes. This deletion is irreversible.
• You must not use the Vault to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes on third-party rights.

Dead Man's Switch: This feature automatically destroys or shares your vault files if you do not log in for a configured period. You are responsible for configuring this feature correctly and understanding its consequences. PremierVPN is not liable for data loss or unintended sharing resulting from the dead man's switch triggering. A warning email is sent 7 days before activation.

Geo-Destruction Rules: If you configure geo-destruction rules with the "destroy" action and your vault is accessed from an unapproved country (even by you, accidentally), all vault files will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. PremierVPN is not liable for data loss resulting from geo-destruction rules you have configured.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time through the customer portal or by contacting support. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

VPN: VPN access is suspended when the billing period ends.

PrMail: Your email account and messages are retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow reactivation. After 30 days, your email data may be permanently deleted.

Vault: Your encrypted files are retained for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, files may be permanently deleted from storage. Because files are encrypted with your passphrase, we cannot access them during or after the retention period.

7. Refund Policy

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of refund.

8. Acceptable Use

All Services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability across all Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

In no event shall PremierVPN's liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service during the billing period immediately preceding a claim.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available". PremierVPN makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

PremierVPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.

PremierVPN is not liable for data loss resulting from: forgotten vault passphrases, dead man's switch activation, geo-destruction rule triggers, file expiry, or account termination after the retention period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
