Plans are a starting point, not a fixed menu. Common changes are a higher user limit, only the platforms you sell on, your own servers instead of ours, or a feature built for you. Tell us what you need and we'll put a plan together.
Full source licence £25,000 one-time
Own the code outright: a perpetual licence to our app source for every platform, with setup guidance and documentation. You host it, change it and run it yourself.
Ask about the source licenceThe setup fee covers your app build and a minimum 3-month term, then billing is month to month. Enterprise contracts are agreed individually. Apps are published under your own developer accounts: Apple charges $99 a year and Google a one-off $25.

We also take on custom development for partners. It's the same team that builds PremierVPN's apps, servers and billing, so most requests are things we've already built for ourselves.
How it's priced. We scope the work with you on a call, then send a written quote and timeline before anything starts. Larger projects are split into stages you sign off one at a time.

Will my customers see that PremierVPN is behind the product?
No. The apps are published under your developer accounts, with your name, logo and colours. PremierVPN isn't mentioned anywhere your customers will see.
Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes. We publish the apps under your accounts so your brand appears on the stores, and we help you set them up. Apple charges $99 a year and Google a one-off $25.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You own the billing relationship with your customers and charge what you like. We bill you a flat monthly rate, whatever you charge.
Can you change a plan to fit us?
Yes. User limits, platforms, servers, support levels and features can all be adjusted. Tell us what you need and we'll quote a plan for it.
Which protocols are supported?
WireGuard® and OpenVPN on every plan. VLESS + REALITY, which gets through restrictive networks, is included on Growth and Enterprise.
What if we outgrow our plan?
Moving from Starter to Growth is a plan change with no rebuild. Enterprise is scoped to you. If you want to bring everything in-house, the source licence lets you take the code.
What if we need a feature the apps don't have?
Send a change request from your dashboard. Branding changes are quick, and feature requests are queued with a timeline. Larger features can be quoted as custom development, and Enterprise partners get priority.
Is there a minimum contract?
The setup fee covers a minimum 3-month term, then billing is month to month. Enterprise contracts and custom work are agreed individually.
