If you no longer need a dedicated IP, you can cancel it from the Add-ons page.
Steps to Remove a Dedicated IP
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Go to the Add-ons page.
- Under "Your Dedicated IPs", find the IP you wish to remove.
- Click "Cancel" next to the IP.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Warning: Once cancelled, the dedicated IP will be released and you will no longer be able to use it. If you need a dedicated IP again in the future, you will need to order a new one (which may have a different IP address).

Will I receive a refund for the remainder of my billing period?
Dedicated IP cancellations follow the same policy as subscription cancellations. Please contact support if you believe a refund is warranted.
If my plan includes a free dedicated IP, can I cancel and re-order in a different location?
Yes. Cancel the existing IP, then order a new one in your preferred location. Your free allowance will apply to the new order.
