How to Submit a Support Ticket

If you need help with anything related to your PremierVPN service, you can submit a support ticket directly from the Client Portal.

Steps to Submit a Ticket

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Click "Support" in the navigation menu or "New Ticket" in the Dashboard sidebar.
  3. Enter a subject that briefly describes your issue.
  4. Select the appropriate department or category.
  5. Write a detailed description of your issue. Include any error messages, screenshots, or relevant information.
  6. Click "Submit Ticket".

You will receive an email confirmation when your ticket is created. Our support team will reply via the ticket system, and you will be notified by email when there is a response.

Viewing and Replying to Tickets

  1. Go to Support Tickets in the Dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click on any ticket to view the full conversation.
  3. Type your reply and click "Send" to respond.
  4. You can also close a resolved ticket by clicking "Close Ticket".
