Support tickets go through several statuses as they are handled:

  • Answered — Our support team has replied. Check the ticket for their response.
  • Customer Reply — You have replied and the ticket is back with our team.
  • Closed — The issue has been resolved and the ticket is closed. You can reopen it by sending a new reply if needed.
