Support tickets go through several statuses as they are handled:
- Open — Your ticket has been submitted and is awaiting a response from our team.
- Answered — Our support team has replied. Check the ticket for their response.
- Customer Reply — You have replied and the ticket is back with our team.
- Closed — The issue has been resolved and the ticket is closed. You can reopen it by sending a new reply if needed.
