How to Log In to the PremierVPN Client Portal

The PremierVPN Client Portal is where you manage your VPN subscription, view invoices, download apps, and configure your account. Your portal credentials are also used to sign in to the PremierVPN X app.

Steps to Log In

1. Visit portal.premiervpn.net or click "Client Portal" on premiervpn.net.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Enter your portal password.
4. Click "Sign In".
5. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Important: Your portal password is used for the Client Portal and PremierVPN X app. Your VPN password (shown on the Dashboard) is a separate credential used for WireGuard, OpenConnect, and IKEv2 connections.

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?".
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset link (also check spam/junk).
4. Click the link and set a new password.

Signing In to PremierVPN X

The PremierVPN X app uses the same credentials:

1. Open PremierVPN X on macOS or Windows.
2. Enter your portal email and password.
3. If 2FA is enabled, enter your authenticator code.
4. Your session is stored securely for 90 days.

I'm not receiving the password reset email.

Check your spam folder. Ensure you're using the email you registered with. If it's still not arriving, contact support.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Log in and go to Account Settings → Profile.

Can I use the same login for PremierVPN X?

Yes. PremierVPN X uses your portal email and password — the same credentials you use to log in here.
