The PremierVPN Client Portal is where you manage your VPN subscription, view invoices, download apps, and configure your account settings. This article explains how to sign in.
Steps to Log In
- Visit premiervpn.net and click "Client Portal", or go directly to the portal login page.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Enter your portal password.
- Click "Sign In".
- If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be asked to enter a one-time code from your authenticator app.
Important: Your portal password is separate from your VPN password. The portal password is used to access this website, whilst your VPN password is used to connect to VPN servers.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the login page, click "Forgot password?".
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (also check your spam folder).
- Click the link and set a new password.
