FAQs
I get "The VPN server did not respond."
Double-check that both the Server Address and Remote ID are identical (e.g. both uk.premiervpn.net). Also ensure your network isn't blocking UDP ports 500 and 4500.
Do I need to install a certificate?
No. PremierVPN uses Let's Encrypt certificates which are already trusted by macOS. No manual certificate installation is required.
