Folders, Starring, and Organisation

Creating Folders

1. Click the New Folder button in the vault toolbar.
2. Type a folder name and click Create.

Folders can be nested inside other folders. Click a folder to navigate into it — breadcrumbs at the top show your current location.

Moving Files

Files can be moved between folders. Hover over a file, and use the move option to select a destination folder. You can also move files to the root level (no folder).

Starring Files

Click the star icon next to any file to mark it as important. Starred files appear in the dedicated Starred view, accessible via the star icon in the vault toolbar. This is a quick way to find important documents without searching through folders.

Deleting Files and Folders

Hover over a file and click the delete icon (red bin). You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion is permanent — the encrypted blob is removed from storage and cannot be recovered.

Deleting a folder deletes all files inside it. This also removes the encrypted blobs from storage.
