How to Remove a VPN User

If a team member no longer requires VPN access, you can permanently remove them from your account.
Steps to Remove a Team Member
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Go to Team Management.
- Find the member you wish to remove.
- Click the red "Remove" button next to their name.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
Warning: Removing a team member is permanent. Their VPN credentials will be deactivated immediately and they will no longer be able to connect to PremierVPN servers. This action frees up one team member slot.

Can I re-add a removed member?
You can add a new member in the freed-up slot, but they will receive new VPN credentials. The previous credentials cannot be restored.
Does removing a member affect my billing?
No. Your subscription cost is based on your plan, not the number of active team members. Removing a member simply frees up a slot.
