If you need to temporarily disable a team member's VPN access without permanently removing them, you can suspend their account.
Steps to Suspend a Team Member
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Go to Team Management.
- Find the member you wish to suspend.
- Click the yellow "Suspend" button next to their name.
- Confirm when prompted.
The member's status will change to "Suspended" and they will immediately be unable to connect to VPN servers.
To Reactivate a Suspended Member
- On the Team Management page, find the suspended member.
- Click the green "Reactivate" button.
- Their VPN access will be restored immediately.
Tip: Suspending is ideal for situations like employee leave, temporary role changes, or investigating security concerns. The member's VPN credentials remain the same when reactivated.
