How to Suspend a VPN User

If you need to temporarily disable a team member's VPN access without permanently removing them, you can suspend their account.

Steps to Suspend a Team Member

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Go to Team Management.
  3. Find the member you wish to suspend.
  4. Click the yellow "Suspend" button next to their name.
  5. Confirm when prompted.

The member's status will change to "Suspended" and they will immediately be unable to connect to VPN servers.

To Reactivate a Suspended Member

  1. On the Team Management page, find the suspended member.
  2. Click the green "Reactivate" button.
  3. Their VPN access will be restored immediately.

Tip: Suspending is ideal for situations like employee leave, temporary role changes, or investigating security concerns. The member's VPN credentials remain the same when reactivated.
