On a Business VPN plan you can see how much each person on your team uses the VPN and who's connected right now.
Open team usage
- Sign in to the portal and go to Team › Team members.
- Click Usage at the top of the page. This opens Team usage.
- Use the tabs to choose 7 days, 30 days (the default), 90 days or All time.
What you'll see
Summary
Downloaded, Uploaded, Connections and Online now (how many connections are open at the moment) for the whole team.
By person
One row for each team member, plus a row for your own account marked You:
- Status: Online, Offline or Suspended.
- Downloaded, Uploaded and Total for the period.
- Connections in the period.
- Last connected: when they last connected, or "Connected now".
Connected now
If anyone is connected, this section lists each open connection, with when it started, how long it's been up and the data used.
Figures are totals only: we never log which sites anyone visits. Some connection types, such as AmneziaWG, don't report here, so treat the figures as a minimum.
Check one member
On the Team members page, click Manage next to a member. Their page shows their app login, VPN username and VPN password, their usage for the last 30 days, how many devices they can connect at once, their status and the date they were added.
