PremierVPN for iOS is available on the Apple App Store. It supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.0 or later, with a dedicated interface optimised for mobile.

Visit the Downloads page in your portal and tap the App Store badge, or search for "PremierVPN" in the App Store on your device.
Signing In
Sign in with your portal credentials — the same email and password you use at portal.premiervpn.net. If you have 2FA enabled, enter your 6-digit authenticator code when prompted.
VPN Configuration Permission
iOS will prompt you to allow PremierVPN to add a VPN configuration. Tap Allow and authenticate with Face ID or your passcode. This is a one-time setup.

Troubleshooting
- Can't connect: Check internet, try a different server, restart the app
- Slow speeds: Choose a server closer to you, use the Speed Test
- Frequent disconnects: Enable Connect on Demand, check Wi-Fi signal
- VPN configuration error: Go to iOS Settings → General → VPN, delete old configs, retry
