You'll find every PremierVPN app on the Downloads page in the portal. This article lists where each app comes from, what it needs, and which login to use.
Open the Downloads page
- Sign in to the portal at portal.premiervpn.net.
- Click Downloads in the sidebar, or go straight to /dashboard/downloads.
- The page recommends the app for the device you're using. For another device, use the tabs: All, one tab for each device, Manual setup and Extras (companion apps). Then click Download or the store button. Each app also has a Setup guide link.
The Downloads page needs an active plan. A dot next to Downloads in the sidebar means there are app updates you haven't seen.

For Windows, most PCs need x64. PCs with an ARM processor, such as a Surface Pro X or a Snapdragon laptop, need ARM64. To check, open Windows Settings › System › About and look at System type.
The latest Android and Mac versions add Auto mode, AmneziaWG, VLESS (REALITY, xHTTP and CDN) and Stealth relay, the same protocols as the iPhone and iPad app. They're rolling out now. If you don't see these options yet, update Android from Google Play or the APK on your Downloads page, and Mac from the Mac App Store.
Which login do the apps use?
Sign in to all the PremierVPN apps, including Fire TV, with your portal email and password, the same login you use at portal.premiervpn.net, plus your 2FA code if it's on. Your VPN username and VPN password are only for manual setups.
If you created your account with Google or Apple, set a password first under Settings › Portal password. The Downloads page shows a reminder until you do. See Understanding Your VPN Credentials for the full picture.
Companion apps
