PremierVPN for Android is available on the Google Play Store. It works on Android phones, tablets, and Android TV devices running Android 8.0 or later.
Download
Visit the Downloads page in your portal and tap the Google Play badge, or search for "PremierVPN" in the Play Store. Look for PremierVPN: Fast & Secure VPN by JSR CREATE Limited.
Signing In
Sign in with your portal credentials — the same email and password you use at portal.premiervpn.net. If you have 2FA enabled, enter your 6-digit authenticator code when prompted.
VPN Permission
Android will ask: "Allow PremierVPN to set up a VPN connection?" Tap OK. Look for the key icon in your status bar — this confirms the tunnel is active.

- Sign in using your remote (portal credentials)
- Navigate with the D-pad: arrow keys to move, OK/Select to activate
- Press OK on the circle button to connect/disconnect
Tip: For always-on protection on TV, go to Settings → Always-on VPN & Kill Switch.
Troubleshooting

- Frequent disconnects: Enable Auto-Reconnect, check Wi-Fi signal
- Split tunnel not working: Disconnect and reconnect after changing settings
- Widget not updating: Re-add the widget, ensure PremierVPN isn't battery-optimised (Android Settings → Battery → PremierVPN → Unrestricted)
- No servers showing: Pull down to refresh the server list
