How to Pay an Outstanding Invoice

If you have an unpaid invoice (status: Pending or Failed), you can pay it directly from the Client Portal using a card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

Steps to Pay

  1. Log in to the Client Portal and go to the Invoices page.
  2. Find the unpaid invoice and click "Pay Now".
  3. You will be taken to a payment page with three options:

Pay by Card

  1. Select the "Card" tab.
  2. Enter your cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and security code (CVC).
  3. Click "Pay Now".
  4. If your bank requires additional verification (3D Secure), follow the on-screen prompts.

Pay by PayPal

  1. Select the "PayPal" tab.
  2. Click "Pay with PayPal".
  3. You will be redirected to PayPal to authorise the payment.
  4. Once approved, you will be returned to the portal and the invoice will be marked as paid.

Pay by Cryptocurrency

  1. Select the "Crypto" tab.
  2. Click "Pay with Crypto".
  3. You will be redirected to our cryptocurrency payment provider to complete the transaction.
  4. Once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your invoice will be updated automatically.

Note: If the invoice is for a service extension or dedicated IP, the corresponding feature will be activated automatically once payment is confirmed.
