How to Update Your Payment Method

Your payment method is set when you first subscribe. To update it, the process depends on your current payment gateway.

Card Payments

If you originally paid by card, your card details are held securely by our payment processor. When your card expires or you wish to use a different card, your new card will be used automatically at your next renewal if you update it. Alternatively, if your renewal payment fails due to an expired card, you will receive an email notification and can pay the outstanding invoice with a new card.

PayPal Payments

If you pay via PayPal, your subscription is managed through your PayPal account. To change the funding source:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments.
  3. Find PremierVPN and update your preferred payment method.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto payments are one-time and not linked to any stored payment details. Each renewal requires a fresh payment. No payment details are stored.
