If an automatic renewal payment fails, the following process applies.
Payment Failure Process
- You will receive an email notification alerting you that your payment was unsuccessful.
- Your VPN service continues to function for a short grace period.
- If the payment is not resolved, your service will be suspended. Whilst suspended, you cannot connect to VPN servers.
- You will see a notice on your Dashboard explaining that your service is suspended due to a payment issue.
- If the payment remains unresolved for an extended period, your service may be terminated and your VPN account removed.
How to Resolve a Failed Payment
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Go to the Invoices page.
- Find the unpaid invoice (status: Failed or Pending).
- Click "Pay Now" and complete the payment using card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
- Once payment is confirmed, your service will be reactivated automatically.
Important: If your service has been suspended, it will be unsuspended and your VPN access restored as soon as the outstanding payment is received.
