How to Reactivate a Cancelled Subscription

If you've requested a cancellation but changed your mind, you can reverse it before the cancellation date.

Steps to Reactivate

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. On the Dashboard, you will see an orange notice: "Cancellation scheduled."
  3. Click the green "Keep My Subscription" button.
  4. Your subscription will be reinstated and will renew normally at the end of your current period.

Note: This option is only available before your cancellation date. Once the period expires and your service is terminated, you would need to purchase a new subscription.
