How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your PremierVPN subscription, you can do so directly from the Dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period — you will not lose access immediately.

Steps to Cancel

  1. Log in to the PremierVPN Client Portal.
  2. On the Dashboard, click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  3. A confirmation window will appear showing the date your service will end.
  4. Optionally, let us know why you're leaving — your feedback helps us improve.
  5. Click "Confirm Cancellation".

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your VPN access (both WireGuard and PremierVPN X) continues until the end of your current paid period.
  • Your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.
  • After the expiry date, your VPN credentials will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to connect.
  • Your portal account remains accessible — you can log in and resubscribe at any time.

Important: Cancellation does not take effect immediately. You keep full access to all VPN servers, both WireGuard and VLESS, until the end of your billing period.

FAQs

Will I receive a refund for the remaining time on my plan?

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not issue a refund for the current period. You continue to have access until the end of your paid period.

Can I cancel and then change my mind?

Yes. Before the expiry date, visit your Dashboard and click "Keep My Subscription" to reverse the cancellation. Your service will resume renewing normally.

What happens to my PremierVPN X UUID?

Your VLESS UUID is suspended when your subscription expires. If you resubscribe later, it will be reactivated automatically.
