How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your PremierVPN subscription, you can do so directly from the Dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Steps to Cancel
- Log in to the PremierVPN Client Portal.
- On the Dashboard, click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- A confirmation window will appear showing the date your service will end.
- Optionally, let us know why you're leaving — your feedback helps us improve.
- Click "Confirm Cancellation".
Important: Cancellation does not take effect immediately. Your VPN access continues until the end of your current paid period. After that date, your account will not renew and VPN access will be removed automatically.
FAQs
Will I receive a refund for the remaining time on my plan?
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not issue a refund for the current period. You continue to have access until the end of your paid period. For refund queries, please see the How Refunds Are Handled article.
