Some sites don't work properly when their ads or trackers are blocked. You can trust a site, so Protect blocks nothing on it or its subdomains.
From the popup
- Open the site, then click the PremierVPN shield icon.
- On the This site tab, switch on the toggle next to the site's name.
- Click Reload when the popup asks.
The popup now shows Trusted site. To start blocking there again, switch the toggle off and reload.
From Settings
- Click the shield icon, then the cog at the top right.
- Go to Trusted sites, type the site's address (for example
example.com), and click Trust site.
Remove a site from the same list to start blocking on it again.
Quicker: right-click the shield icon and choose Trust or stop trusting this site.
If a site still doesn't work when it's trusted, Protect isn't the cause. If trusting it fixes the problem, please tell us which site so we can fix it for everyone.
