How to Clear Your Login and VPN Session History

Business plan users can clear their stored login and VPN session records. This feature is useful for organisations with data retention policies.

Note: This feature is available to Business plan users only.

Steps to Clear History

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Go to Login History.
  3. Click the "๐Ÿ—‘ Clear History" button at the top of the page.
  4. Choose one of the three options:
    • Clear Account Logins โ€” Removes portal login records.
    • Clear VPN Logs โ€” Removes VPN connection session records and authentication logs.
    • Clear Everything โ€” Removes both account logins and VPN logs.
  5. Confirm the action when prompted.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Cleared history cannot be recovered. This includes all team member records under your subscription.
