Choose which optional emails PremierVPN sends you, such as renewal reminders and news and offers. Emails about your account, payments and security are always sent.
Change your email preferences
- Sign in to the client portal.
- In the sidebar, under Account, click Email preferences.
- Under Your choice, switch each type on or off:
- Renewal reminders: reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before a plan renews.
- News and offers: new features, app updates and the occasional offer.
- Click Save preferences.
Always sent
These can't be switched off, because they're about your account and payments:
- Payment receipts: confirmation each time a payment goes through.
- Payment problems: a notice if a payment fails, so you can fix it before your service is paused.
- Service changes: when a plan starts, is paused, ends or changes.
- Security and sign-in: password reset links and other messages that keep your account safe.
Replies to your support tickets are emailed too. Emails go to the address in Settings › Profile.
You can also unsubscribe from newsletters using the link at the bottom of any of them.
