Steps to Manage Email Preferences

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Click "Email Preferences" in the Dashboard sidebar.
  3. Toggle the following notification types on or off:
    • Payment Receipts — Confirmation emails when payments are processed.
    • Renewal Reminders — Alerts before your subscription renews.
    • Payment Failed Notices — Notifications if a payment attempt fails.
    • Marketing — Occasional updates, offers, and news from PremierVPN.
  4. Click "Save Preferences".

Note: We strongly recommend keeping Payment Receipts, Renewal Reminders, and Payment Failed notices enabled to stay informed about your billing.
