Display Name, Signature, and Settings

Display Name

Your display name appears in the "From" field when recipients view your emails. By default, it's your email address's local part. To change it:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Edit the Display Name field.
3. Click Save.

Email Signature

You can set an HTML signature that's automatically appended to every email you send. In Settings, find the Signature section and type or paste your signature. HTML formatting is supported (bold, italic, links). The signature is added below a separator line.

Auto-Purge Settings

PrMail can automatically delete old messages from your Trash and Spam folders to save storage:

• Auto-purge Trash — deletes trashed messages older than the number of days you set (default: 30 days).
• Auto-purge Spam — deletes spam messages older than the number of days you set (default: 14 days).

Enable or disable these in Settings and choose the retention period (1 to 365 days).
