Getting Started with PrMail

What is PrMail?

PrMail is PremierVPN's private encrypted email service. It gives you a clean @prmail.uk email address with built-in privacy protections that go far beyond what Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo offer.

PrMail includes tracking pixel stripping, remote font blocking, email alias compartmentalisation, self-destructing messages, send-time randomisation, and zero IP leakage in email headers.

Who Can Use PrMail?

PrMail is available in three tiers:

• Included with Premium & Business VPN — you get PrMail Pro (5 GB storage, 3 addresses, 5 aliases) at no extra cost.
• PrMail Pro (standalone) — £2.99/month for users who want private email without a VPN subscription.
• PrMail Business — £7.99/month with 20 GB storage, 10 addresses, and 20 aliases.

Setting Up Your Email

1. Log in to the PremierVPN portal at premiervpn.net.
2. Click PrMail in the left sidebar.
3. If you have a qualifying VPN plan, you'll see the setup screen immediately. Otherwise, you'll be prompted to upgrade or purchase a standalone plan.
4. Choose your email address — type the local part you want (e.g. yourname) and it will be created as [email protected].
5. Set a password for your email account. This is separate from your portal password.
6. Click Create Account — your inbox is ready immediately.

Accessing Your Inbox

Once your account is set up, click PrMail in the sidebar to open your inbox. The webmail interface lets you read, compose, reply, forward, search, and manage folders — all from within the portal. There's nothing to install.
