Checking Your Current Plan

Go to Settings in the PrMail sidebar. Your current plan is displayed at the top, along with your storage usage and sending limits.

Available Plans

PrMail Business20 GB10201,000£7.99/mo

Premium and Business VPN subscribers receive PrMail Pro at no extra cost.

Upgrading

In Settings, the plan cards show an Upgrade button for higher tiers. Clicking it takes you to the checkout page where you can pay via card (Stripe), PayPal, or cryptocurrency. Your plan is upgraded immediately after payment.

Downgrading

You can downgrade to a lower tier directly from the Settings page. Click the Downgrade button and confirm. The change takes effect immediately. Note:

  • Your storage quota will reduce. If you're currently using more storage than the new plan allows, you won't be able to receive new emails until you delete enough to get below the limit.
  • Your alias limit will reduce. Existing aliases above the new limit will continue to work, but you won't be able to create new ones until you're below the limit.
  • Premium/Business VPN subscribers cannot downgrade below PrMail Pro — it's included with their VPN.

Changing Your Email Password

Go to Settings and scroll to the password section. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it. This changes the password used for email access and does not affect your portal login password.
