Reading and Composing Emails
Your Inbox
The inbox shows all your received emails with the sender, subject, and date. Unread messages are highlighted with a blue border on the left. You can:
- Star/flag important messages by clicking the star icon.
- Select multiple messages using the checkboxes for bulk actions (mark read, delete, move to spam, archive).
- Search your mailbox using the search bar in the top right.
Reading an Email
Click any message to open it. You'll see the full content with sender details, date, and any attachments. Use the toolbar at the top to Reply, Forward, Archive, mark as Spam, or Delete.
Your privacy level setting controls how the email body is rendered — see the Privacy Levels article for details.
Composing an Email
- Click the Compose button in the sidebar.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the To field. You can add CC and BCC recipients as well.
- Type your subject and message body.
- Attach files if needed (up to 25 MB per attachment).
- Click Send.
If you have send-time randomisation enabled, your email will be queued with a random delay before sending. A copy is saved to your Sent folder immediately.
Replying and Forwarding
